I've recently started watching "The Winter Melon Tale" or also known in Vietnamese as "Tien Tinh Pham Chua Dut." From the first two episodes that I had to toothpick my eyes open, the series was way too vulgar and had too much bathroom humor for my taste. Sunny Chan plays the typical role of the innocent and unbelievably nice man. Louisa So also stars in this drama, and I've recently started to like her alot more after the series "Phoenix Rising", which by the way is a fantastic drama also starring Sunny Chan.
Another character that I would also like to mention within this series is Nancy Wu. She only appeared for about ten minutes through out the first two episodes and portrays a beautiful girl. I believe that she serves as a monster character. Doesn't it seem as though she plays a little too much of this type of role nowadays? I mean, I really like her as an actress but maybe she needs a breakthrough role?
